Inspirada Parks & Recreation
The highly walkable Inspirada community is designed around five amazing parks, each easily accessible from within the neighborhood by walking, biking, blading, or skating. These parks are perfect for family playtime, outdoor activities, recreational sports, and meeting up with your neighbors.
The parks also play host to plenty of resident and public events, from bimonthly farmers markets to weekly yoga classes, marathons, movie nights, and more. This is where neighbors become lifelong friends who get together regularly for fun and companionship.
The five Inspirada Parks are:
Each park offers its own impressive list of amenities to create unforgettable experiences with family and friends. Enjoy open air meeting spaces, picnic areas with BBQs, Little League fields, lit tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, beautiful gardens, play areas, splash pads for the kids, heated pools, and dog parks.
These parks are essential to the Inspirada experience, and they’re designed to encourage healthy lifestyles, inspire you to connect with nature, and invite you to create new friendships with neighbors.
Solista Park is where the Inspirada community comes together. It’s home to a large resident community center with a beautifully decorated space for meetings and events, complete with TV, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, reading room, and large gathering area. Outside the center are two heated pools for residents, a lap pool and a play pool.
At the center of this park is the Central Gathering Area, with a large amphitheater and kids play area. Other amenities include the resident-owned Romano Mercato Italiano restaurant, picnic areas, outdoor grills, lit bocce ball courts, game tables, and bike racks.
Capriola is Italian for somersault, and Capriola Park focuses on movement, incorporating hands-on sensory activities for child development, trampolines and balancing ropes to improve motor skills and coordination. It’s perfect for families as well as athletes and nature lovers.
A splash pad keeps kids cool in the summer, and shaded picnic areas make for inviting picnics. The whole park is on elevated landscape, so parents have clear visibility of the kids from every angle while enjoying breathtaking views of nearby mountain ranges and the Mojave desert.
Potenza means power and strength in Italian, and Potenza Park was designed around a theme of music and movement. Create music by dancing on an oversized piano keyboard embedded in the ground, or by hitting the large musical buttons on the living Neos game.
This innovative park encourages creative imagination and play through music and sound, leaving you and your family feeling renewed and alive.
At over 20 acres, Aventura is the largest Inspirada park. It’s packed with features that emphasize exploration, movement, athletics and active play.
The park offers something for everyone in the family, including three multi-purpose sports fields, two Little League baseball fields, four grass volleyball courts, two tennis courts, two basketball courts, a heated resident swimming pool and plenty of open space.
Attesa is the Italian word for expectation, and you can expect great things from it. This 5-acre park is Inspirada’s newest, located just steps from some of the community’s latest housing developments.
The kids can have fun in the two centrally located play areas, while the fur babies can take advantage of large and small dog parks. There are also basketball courts, open green space, a heated resident pool and tree-shaded swinging benches.
There are also smaller parks within each Inspirada neighborhood, like the Toll Brothers park and the hilltop Overlook Park.
If you want a bigger outdoor experience than this attractive neighborhood park system, you can bike or hike along the 35 miles of trails inside the award-winning community, or venture out to explore the nearby Sloan Canyon hiking trails.
Inspirada is home to two top-rated and award-winning schools. Robert and Sandy Ellis Elementary School is a state-of-the-art CCSD public school, while Inspirada Pinecrest is a K-8 charter school focused on STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math).
Other CCSD schools Inspirada is zoned for include Del Webb Middle School and Liberty High School. For private school options in the area, check out Southern Highlands Prep School or Foothills Montessori School.
There’s a reason why people continuously choose Inspirada as their number one home choice, even moving sight unseen from out of state. It’s beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and made for connections and personal enjoyment. When you need inspiration, look no further than Inspirada.
