Neighborhoods within Cadence show late-stage buildout conditions as earlier phases sell through and remaining homes become the focus of current releases.
Interlude by Richmond American Homes offers two-story homes with flexible layouts and garage options. The community offers resort-style amenities, strong recreational access, and a convenient location that is a short drive away from Downtown Las Vegas and is near notable schools, entertainment, and outdoor attractions. They offer quick move-in homes and have fewer than 10 properties available as of the time of writing.
Inspirada
Inspirada continues to rank among Henderson’s most complete planned communities, supported by extensive parks, schools, and pedestrian-friendly design. The neighborhood structure supports strong long-term residential stability, while current builder activity concentrates on select collections with finished phases. Market messaging now centers on existing homes within well-developed sections of the community.
Landings at Inspirada by KB Homes offers access to multiple parks with pools, sports courts, fields, and play areas, with convenient proximity to I-15, the M Resort Spa Casino, and a wide range of nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The neighborhood is zoned for top-performing schools including Robert and Sandy Ellis Elementary, Del Webb Middle School, Pinecrest Academy, and Liberty High School. The community features home sizes ranging from roughly 1,100-2,500 sq.ft. As of writing, only four quick move-in homes remain available within the community.
Lake Las Vegas
Lake Las Vegas delivers a resort-style environment shaped by water views, golf courses, and hillside scenery that defines its residential character. Select neighborhoods now progress through final development stages while maintaining strong desirability tied to the setting and established resort amenities. Current builder activity focuses on remaining homes within completed or near-completed sections of the community.

As of writing this article, less than 10 properties are available within the community. Blue Heron has a lot of other neighborhoods in the area such as Liora, Arvada, and Velaris. Limited opportunities are available, with only one homesite left to build and two quick move-in homes available as of writing.
