Creech AFB has approximately 3,500 personnel comprised of active-duty, Guard and Reserve Airmen as well as Department of Defense civilians and contractors assigned to Creech AFB. Unlike Nellis Air Force Base, Creech, located in Indian Springs offers no on-base housing. Staff are having to commute from Las Vegas and Henderson and many are carpooling from a park-and-ride in NW Las Vegas. This does not include the staff working at the Nevada National Security Site accessible via the Mercury gate.

Due to this activity, there is a need for supporting businesses, restaurants, stores and Jobs in the Indian Springs area, which increases the need for homes. Beazer homes completed a housing project called Solaris in Indian Springs which sold out quickly. The population of Indian Springs is around 1,000, but that number is increasing. Beazer Homes is building dozens of new homes. They start at around $240,000. Beazer Homes is currently planning a second phase.

  • One & two-story floorplans from the $200s
  • Large community park with a gazebo

Because the average deployment for Air Force personnel at Creech is 4 years, investing in new homes to offer for rent would be a great investment.
