Gordon Ramsey who already has a number of restaurants in Las Vegas, has announced he will be opening a new restaurant called Lucky Cat. This is an Asian “eating house” and late-night lounge he debuted in London’s Mayfair section in June. The restaurant takes its inspiration from “drinking clubs of 1930s Tokyo and the Far East,” according to the Gordon Ramsay website.

Gordon has yet to disclose the location of the new restaurant in Las Vegas. Here is a segment as produced by Fox 5 Vegas talking bout the new restaurant.

As mentioned above, Gordon Ramsey opened a Lucky Cat in London so there is a very good chance the Lucky Cat in Las Vegas will have a number of the same menu items. The following are items that could wind up on the Luck Cat Las Vegas menu:

CHAR SIU DRY AGED PORK CHOP – nashi pear

GINGER MISO SMOKED SALMON – baby herb salad

WEEPING TIGER USDA SIRLOIN – coriander, lime

SEARED RED PRAWNS – sweetcorn hot sauce

GRILLED CORNISH SQUID – roasted almond and XO sauce

SPICED LAMB CUTLETS – chilli sauce, tofu cream

BURMESE CRAB MASALA – coconut, roti

VENISON LAAP – baby lettuce, cucumber

ALASKAN KING CRAB – smoked lime butter, cep salt

A3 JAPANESE WAGYU – wasabi mustard

“We have an exciting opportunity, potentially, for some time in 2020, to launch something,” the chef teased. And while he kept the details to a minimum, he said he’s been working on the concept for the past three years.
