Rancho Circle, established in the 1950’s is located along Alta Drive, just west of Rancho Drive in Las Vegas, with just 36 homes, is a gated community off of Rancho Drive that for decades has been where celebrities, casino executives, doctors, attorneys and Las Vegas’ movers and shakers have lived.

The Review Journal published an article that a very unique luxury home was for sale at 950 Rancho Cir, Las Vegas, NV 89107. This 10,836 square foot house, as of this date, is listed for $2,950,000 and has has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half baths, and a guesthouse above the garage.

The house sites on just over an acre. The landscaping is mature. There is a resort-style pool spa and waterfall. When you look at the home from above, you might question the 10,000+ square foot size, but this house has a basement with an enormous library and media area.

This house was built in 1979 by the Herbst family and though there are older homes, some of a postmodern design, from the photographs and Google satellite views, it looks like there is quite a bit of new construction with mega mansions built over multiple lots. It breaks my heard to see some of these historical homes torn down but the neighborhood is evolving and this property is a great investment.
